This was my second Slipper Camp and I have enjoyed both immensely. It’s great to try new things and meet new people. Laura and her team looked after us so well and everything was well organised. I shall be back for a third time!  Anne, Ashington

Laura and her team made us feel special and the location is beautiful. An excellent concept to get together a group of ladies and give them a taster of experiences that they may never otherwise have. Thoroughly enjoyable. Elaine, Woking

My Slipper Camp was everything I’d hoped for. Such an enjoyable few days. The classes were well planned with time to rest. Pauline, Bury St Edmunds

I would definitely recommend Slipper Camps to my friends. A very relaxed time was had by all in a brilliant hotel who couldn’t do enough for you. The activities were fun, and you leant some new potential hobbies. Laura and her team were very organised but in such a nice and relaxed way, you couldn’t help but have a wonderful break.  Lynne, Uckfield

As a lady recently bereaved, I booked this 'break' hoping it would help me adjust to my single life....and is has done just that. From the moment I arrived, to the moment I left, I enjoyed every single minute. Each workshop, activity and visit is planned carefully and thoughtfully by Laura, founder of Slipper Camps, who is present also to ensure all goes according to plan. Meeting other ladies from other parts of the UK and abroad was an added bonus and all were great fun too. I fully recommend this type of 'break' to other ladies and I will certainly attend another in the future.  Angela, Leatherhead

Coming from Germany was quite a long journey - however, the Slipper Camp proved to be worth it in every aspect. I enjoyed every minute of it and definitely will be back next year.  Sandra, Berlin

I can totally recommend a Slipper Camp to any lady nervous of going on a holiday alone. I was made to feel very welcome by Laura and Claire, the staff at the hotel, as well as the other ladies at the Slipper Camp. I learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed myself.  I will be back.  Carol, Ashburton

Thank you for such a wonderful time. Laura, you really did make me so welcome. Workshops are great and I shall definitely be back next year.  Anna, Chingford

For ladies like myself who lack confidence in large groups, this is definitely for you.  If you fancy doing something different and even though it may be challenging, you are made to feel special and that you can do it!!  Sally, Gloucester

I expected this break to be very good from what I had read about it, but it was more than that. I will tell everyone I know as it was the best experience ever. Laura is so caring and thoughtful and we all got on together so well. We met as strangers and parted as friends. It was a good tonic for each of us - with lots of laughter.  June, London

A unique experience for anyone looking to escape daily life for a few days with likeminded ladies. Perfect for people who love great food and company, and a fun way to meet new people and learn new skills. Hosted by Laura, you will feel instantly at ease and relaxed. An experience best enjoyed alone as you will soon make new friends and also be able to enjoy time spent alone in your own comfortable ensuite room.  Lorraine, Maidstone

A wonderful concept orchestrated magnificently well by Laura. What a joy to be able to spend a week in the company of 'women of a certain age' undertaking creative and fun activities together. Be bold, be brave and sign-up, you won't regret it. Esther, Cobham

What a wonderful experience. Relaxed, fun, full of lovely things to do and even got to take home some of our work! Such great people, place and variety of things to do.  Terri, Hemel Hempstead

A brilliant week. Lovely hotel, good food, great people, marvellous workshops and visits. I shall be back. Eleanor, Hastings

My sister and I have had a memorable 5 days at Slipper Camp. Great company, value for money, and the chance to learn lots of new skills. We also laughed for most of each day! Laura has worked so hard and should be very proud of this venture and is to be congratulated on a wonderful holiday experience. Eve, Romney Marsh

A lovely way to spend a few days. Enjoy the comfort of a delightful hotel. Experience engaging workshops and visits. Relaxing fun, rewarding and well organised. A different approach to a holiday. I can really recommend Slipper Camps. Catherine, Derby

My husband passed away 20 months ago and although I have very supportive family and friends, I felt it was time for me to start 'flying solo'. Slipper Camps was the ideal spring board for me to do this. I learnt new skills, discovered hidden talents and made lots of new friends. Jennie, Ashford

What a lovely few days at Slipper Camp. Laura had gone the extra mile to make us all feel welcome and to provide us with a wide range of activities to enjoy. The hotel was very welcoming with lovely comfortable rooms and the food great.  It was nice to meet up with like-minded women for friendship and fun. Caroline, Ashtead

Slipper Camp is a lovely holiday adventure. It is a way of meeting new people, joining in and doing things you never thought you would. Laura made us all feel at ease and went out of her way to make us all feel important; joining in and taking us to places. Nothing was too much trouble. Julie, Swaffham

Coming along on my own, I was made to feel welcome from the beginning. A thoroughly enjoyable week. I have really enjoyed trying new things and learning new things about subjects I already enjoyed. Anne, Ashington

Enjoyable week away offering new experiences, meeting new people and the chance of future friendships. A busy few days - well thought out with lots of fun and laughter. I feel relaxed and ready to go back to life and work with a fresh attitude. Thank you for all your hard work Laura. Jo-Anne, Dereham

Well planned, safe and welcoming. Lots of thought has gone into making this the ideal break for single women. Noreen, Hull

Laura provides a safe place for women taking a holiday on their own. Everyone was friendly and warm. Would highly recommend a Slipper Camp. Faye, Lochwinnoch

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful food. Good company. Great fun. Beryl, Herne Bay

A great week. Lots of laughs. Hotel staff could not do enough and there was plenty of lovely food. Thank you, Laura, for being the perfect hostess. Liz, Hythe

My daughter came across the website and thought it would be ideal for me.  There were so many interesting activities all with excellent instructors. I learnt such a lot that I've already booked for next year! Sue, Leatherhead

What a wonderful concept for ladies of a certain age!  I loved it and can't wait to try another Slipper Camp. Yvonne, Cranleigh

To meet wonderful women like this was a great experience for me. It was the first time I was able to mix with other people in this way at Slipper Camp. I enjoyed everything. Comfort, Wimbledon

Had a wonderful time at Slipper Camp. Time to meet and make new friends, enjoy a huge variety of activities and lose myself in luxurious surroundings. Most of all I had fun. The activities brought people together in a light-hearted way. A rejuvenating week, which lifted my spirits and gave me a chance to let go of things. By the end of the week I felt inspired to make a fresh start. Thank you.
